Products may be exchanged once within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and free of defects.
- Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging with all accessories included.
- The original invoice or receipt must be provided.
- Items purchased as part of a bundle, promotion, or offer cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
- In case of a price change, the customer bears any price difference.
Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are not allowed.
- Exchangeable amounts will be credited to the customer’s Haier online account / e-wallet for future purchases.
- For online purchases made via credit card, any applicable bank or transaction fees will be deducted, and only the actual item value will be refunded.
- In case of offers, bundles, or discounts, refunds are processed based on the discounted purchase price, not the original price.
- Returned goods are evaluated based on the market price at the time of return.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
